Hi! I’m Micheline and I provide online therapy in Maryland. I live in Stevensville with my husband, two little ones, and dog. I began practicing as a licensed therapist in 2014. My passion for helping others continues to grow every year. When I am not working you can find me balancing life working, being a mom of two little ones and taking time to enjoy the little things. I recently decided to become a plant person to add more living things to my life to take care ( what was I thinking?) I enjoy living near the Bay by exploring little beaches, getting out on a boat, and dining on the water.

I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, a specialized approach designed to help you process and overcome distressing memories, traumatic experiences, and challenging emotions.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses on resolving the root of emotional distress, often leading to profound and lasting transformation.

Perinatal Mental Health Certification, PMH-C
I have completed specialized training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) to obtain my Perinatal Mental Health Certificaton. PSI is a globally recognized leader in advancing awareness, prevention, and treatment of perinatal mental health conditions such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
This training has deepened my understanding of the emotional, psychological, and physical experiences of parents during the perinatal period.
Whether you're dealing with the joys and challenges of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or parenting, my goal is to provide a compassionate, informed, and safe space tailored to your unique needs.

A Bit About Therapy
Many people believe therapy is soley for navigating clinically debilitating conditions such as depression and severe anxiety or roller coaster moods. While therapy is important for these conditions, it is just as helpful for various other, simpler, reasons. You do not have to wait until you are in crisis to reach out to speak with someone. Many people find great benefit in having a non-biased, objective, professional to assist with navigating everyday life stressors.
